A co-worker told me use one can of chick peas and one can of white navy beans. Guys! I had no idea on what goodness I was missing out on. And the best part? It was pretty healthy too! Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. 1 can chickpeas, juice too. 1 can white navy beans. 1 jar roasted red bell peppers, a little of the oil. Garlic to taste at end.
